Apply a quality teak oil or sealer annually to maintain the golden-brown color; without treatment, teak will develop a natural silver-grey patina over time — cosmetic only, not structural. Clean the FSC teak chair armrests with a soft cloth and mild soap, dry thoroughly, and apply a light coat of outdoor teak oil seasonally. Clean aluminum chair frames with mild soapy water and a soft cloth; clean Weather-net® seat and back panels with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, and allow to air dry.

For winter storage: do not store teak components in centrally heated rooms — central heating causes wood to dry out rapidly, which can lead to shrinking and cracking.
